Terms of Purchase Agreement

By placing an order through this website, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase. These terms are intended to provide clarity and protection for both the Customer and the Seller.
1. General Information
This website and all sales are operated by Caycie's Boutique (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, colors, or images are error-free, as displays may vary by device.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss passes to the Customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from Caycie’s Boutique. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit only, in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window

In-Store Purchases: Must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date with a receipt.

Online Orders: Must be returned within 10 days of the postmarked delivery date.
No returns will be accepted after the 10-day window. No exceptions.
Store Credit Only

Effective July 1, 2025, all approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit may be used in-store or online and never expires.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for the same item in a different size, if available.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have original tags attached
-
Be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the Customer at their expense.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Permanent jewelry

Food or beverage items

Accessories (including hats, purses, bows, stickers, etc.)
This list is not exhaustive and may include additional exclusions at our discretion.
How to Make a Return

Return items in-store or ship them back to us
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made between November 24 and December 24 may be returned through January 10, 2026, provided all return criteria are met.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must notify us of any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Photos and supporting documentation may be required.
We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient proof.
8. Chargebacks & Dispute Protection
By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to contact Caycie’s Boutique directly to attempt to resolve any issue prior to filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute for an order that complies with our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy may result in the Customer being denied future purchases.
We reserve the right to submit this agreement, delivery confirmation, and any supporting documentation to the payment processor as evidence in response to disputes or chargebacks.
9. Custom Orders & Final Sale Acknowledgment
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items—including but not limited to embroidery services and permanent jewelry—are FINAL SALE.
Once production or installation has begun, orders may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including sizing, color preference, or customer error.
By placing an order for a custom item or permanent jewelry, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caycie's Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
11. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caycie's Boutique from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Caycie's Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
