Caycie’s Boutique Return Policy (In-Store & Online)
We hope you love everything you get from Caycie’s Boutique! But if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit to make it right.
Return Window:
In-Store Purchases: Must be returned within 10 days of purchase date, with receipt.
Online Orders: Must be returned within 10 days of postmarked delivery date.
No returns will be accepted after the 10-day window. No exceptions.
Store Credit Only:
As of July 1st, 2025, all eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit can be used in-store or online and never expires.
No refunds to the original payment method will be issued.
Exchanges:
If available, you may exchange the same item for a different size.
If the size you need isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags must be attached.
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, etc...
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable):
Sale Items discounted more than 20% | Embroidery | Trucker Hat Bar & Permanent Jewelry | Holiday or Seasonal Items | Mystery Bags Food or Beverage Items | Jewelry | Shoes | Bralettes, Bodysuits, or Swimwear | Accessories (Hats, Purses, Bows, Stickers, etc.)

How to Make a Return:
Check that your item meets our return criteria above.
Include your receipt or order number.
Return in-store or ship it back to us (customers are responsible for return shipping).

Holiday Return Extension:
Purchases made between 11/24 and 12/24 may be returned until 1/10/26, if they meet all return criteria.
Items returned that do not meet our policy will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
